Talentia’s Ethical guidelines are now available in English

The publication cites many topical examples relating to ethical behaviour, advocacy, and the rights of employees. Its purpose is to raise issues without providing comprehensive responses to the manifold situations of the world of work. The aim is to highlight the key ethical principles of the social welfare sector as well as facilitate the ethical reflections of an individual professional and the working community by means of concepts, descriptions of real-life situations, and references to Finnish legislation and international conventions.

The publication was created by the Committee on Professional Ethics of Talentia Union of Professional Social Workers of Finland.
