Ethical guidelines

Talentia's Committee on Professional Ethics has drawn up a code of ethics for social welfare professionals. This code is based on the Code of Ethics of the International Federation of Social Workers (IFSW). As they join Talentia, members pledge to adhere to these jointly approved guidelines.

Among other things, the Code of Ethics deals with the ethical awareness and ethical responsibility of the social worker and the work community, ethical procedures in different client relationship situations, the societal implications of the Code of Ethics, and how the coping of the social worker impacts the ethicality of his/her work.
